The Richter scale was off the chart on Northside Drive in the A-T-L as the most famous couple in music hit the stage at the Georgia Dome. Unparalleled, incomparable, and phenomenal are just a few words that come to mind when summing up the concert. “On the Run” was definitely on the money! Here are the 7 most memorable moments from the show…

Jay Z in a Class by Himself: Not many hip-hop artists can successfully perform solo on stage in front of 50k fans with no “hype man” or entourage, clearly enunciate every word to every hit, and keep the audience fully engaged and mesmerized the entire time. During his solo sets, it was just Jay Z and his mic – that’s it and that’s all…and the crowd went wild. It’s safe to say Jay is definitely in a league of his own!

Love is in the Air: Chemistry isn’t something that can be manufactured on the spot just for a concert tour. The chemistry between Beyoncé and Jay Z was palpable and undeniable! The fiercely private couple packed on the PDA and exchanged flirtatious glances and loving gestures in a very natural and authentic way, giving us a transparent glimpse into their love for one another. Awwwwwwww

MJ Lives: That Beyoncé lean is fierce! She holds a pose in a way only Michael Jackson could, but with her own “Sasha Fierce” swag, of course!

The Help is on Fire: Ok, let’s all give it up for Beyoncé’s dancers right now! You already know they’re the best in the business because they’re working with the Queen B. Trust – they did not disappoint. And, those twins were phenomenal! Where did she find those guys?!

“Resentment”: Beyoncé gave a rousing performance of “Resentment”, a gut wrenching ballad about love, loss and betrayal. She changed the lyrics to the song to reflect the # of years she’s been with Jay Z. Lots of media outlets speculated that the lyric change was due to a cheating scandal. I don’t buy it – no smoking gun. Would Beyoncé INTENTIONALLY place real marital drama out there for the world to see? I think not! But, it sure does drum up great publicity for the tour (wink wink – lol).

L Boogie: Mrs. Carter did an amazing job covering the classic hit by Lauren Hill, “Ex-Factor”. It was a pleasant surprise and a huge crowd pleaser!

Glimpse into their World:  The dynamic duo gave the world a glimpse into their private home video collection during the performance of “Forever Young”. The crowd was treated to images from their 2008 wedding, footage from the birth of Blue Ivy and tons of other private video of the family jet-setting around the world. The sweetest part of the segment was watching the joy they both displayed whenever their baby girl flashed on the screen. It was a very symbolic and poignant reminder that the Carters aren’t just musical titans; they’re proud parents too!

Beyoncé and Jay Z are clearly living the life…and they’ve more than earned it!
